Guest Registration

The Guest Registration page allows guests to update contact information and save a credit card to use for event purchases and donations.

 

HOW IT WORKS: General admission guests with a credit card on file will have the opportunity to use the GA Express entrance to move to the head of the line at check in. To use GA Express, check the box below and proceed to the next page to pre-register your credit card for the event.  You will receive a text on the day of the event that you can show to our line attendant to use the GA Express entrance.

VIP Guests: You can also use this page to pre-register your credit card for a smoother check-in process and have the option of using the either the VIP line or GA Express.

I authorize Auction of Washington Wines to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event 2026 Winemaker Picnic. Once the transaction has completed successfully, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address entered.

*The Auction of Washington Wine will not share any of your contact information without your express consent.

Your card will NOT be charged when submitting this form. Your card information is simply stored for use in case you make any purchases, donations or winning bids at this event. Credit cards will be processed the following business day after the event. If you would like to make other payment arrangements, please contact us at aww@aoww.org.

Registering a credit card is not required to enter the event, however guests who do not register a credit card will not receive a bid number. Bid numbers are used for bidding in the barrel auction and any other paid activities at the event (such as games, sales and donations).
