Online Bidding with Greater Giving

What You Can Expect

This year’s auction will use Greater Giving Online Bidding – allowing for a paperless bidding system. You will bid using your smartphone or tablet on silent auction items. Also, you can easily track Packages by “following” their activity without having to continuously return to a table or bid sheet. 

How to Bid with Online Bidding

Once you have been invited to join Online Bidding, you have a number of options available to you.

1. Select the Package you wish to Bid on.
2. Select either the Bid option to bid the next increment, or select Bid More to choose your increment.
3. Or, if available, select Buy Now to purchase the Package for the price listed.
4. Click the star icon to save the Package to your Favorites.
5. To make a donation, click the Donate button on the home page and enter your amount.
6. Use the menu in the top left to view Packages you have bid on, favorited, or to browse by Category.
7. When the auction closes, the high bidder can find Packages they have won in the Bids area of the menu.

Your card will NOT be charged when submitting this form. Your card information is simply stored for use in case you make any purchases, donations or winning bids at this event. Credit cards will be processed the following business day after the event. If you would like to make other payment arrangements, please contact us at aww@aoww.org.

Registering a credit card is not required to enter the event, however guests who do not register a credit card will not receive a bid number. Bid numbers are used for bidding in the barrel auction and any other paid activities at the event (such as games, sales and donations).
